With some healthy weight loss tips for housewives
In my last video I’ve talk about the behaviour modification
I’ve told the ladies that start loving yourself
So that you could improve your behaviour for yourself
Don’t skip your meals
And whatever diet plans are given to you, you must follow them
So today we’ll talk about diet plan
That what type of diet a housewife should take to have a healthy weight loss.
First of all I’ll start with breakfast, generally most of the women did this mistake to skip their breakfast
So my first advice is, Do not skip your breakfast rather it should be the heaviest meal of the day.
The statement is “Breakfast should be like a king,
Lunch should be like a friend and dinner should be like a beggar”.
So we have to follow that pattern only
Lot of people has repeat this but what should be the heaviest meal in it
If you want to have Vegetable & Chapati, then you can have them in your breakfast also.
If you want to have stuff Chapati, I would not suggest you for paratha because we have to save the calorie values
Instead of putting oil in that I would suggest you to take stuff chapati with curd to get some nourishment.
Or in case you are a non-vegetarian or an eggetarian
Then twice in a week you can take 2 boiled white egg
If you have regular intake of eggs then I would suggest you to take egg whites & avoid egg yolks
But if you eat egg sometimes then you can even have yolk also.
You can also take cottage cheese or its sandwich as well
You can take vegetable sandwich or can take open sandwich & can add put lot vegetables as a topping
Or you can take Upma at its place
Make the upma with lot of vegetables or you can make Semolina pan cakes with vegetables
So what all food items I’m telling you, add lot of vegetables and make them with less oil.
Either you are making Poha, Upma, Semolina Pan Cakes
Or you can also take Moong Dal Chilla (Yellow Lentils Pan cakes) in the morning
Its quantity will depends on your activity level.
Generally ladies can take 1-1/2 . But if you have lot of work & activities then you can take 1.5 to 2 Chapati
Or you can 1.5-2 stuff chapati. Similarly if you are taking Upma/Poha then you can take 1 bowl of it
Also I would suggest you to take Milk for sure as in generally ladies face calcium deficiency
So its very important for them to have milk intake and here also to save the calories
I would suggest you to take double tone milk
1/2 litre double tone milk is your daily requirement
So either you can take it in the form of milk, buttermilk, sweet buttermilk or curd etc
So in a day you have to have 1/2 litre consumption of milk in daily routine of yours.
Apart from this twice in a week you can take 50 gm cottage cheese
Here also to reduce its calories soak the cottage cheese in the water first
Now let’s talk about lunch & dinner. So here you should start with starters like salad in the starting
You should take buttermilk, curd soup. In soup also you should take clear soup
Preferably homemade clear soup and I’ll be sharing the recipe in my upcoming videos.
Take decent amount of vegetable, lentils,curd and chapati as well
Throughout the day intake of chapati should be 3-4.
1.5-2 in breakfast, 1.5-2 in lunch depending upon your activity level.
In dinner, I would suggest you to avoid Chapati and protein so avoid lentils in night & taken them in lunch.
Prefer soups, salads & vegetables in the night
Make sure that you take dinner between 7.30 to 8 pm & try to avoid chapati in dinner
Its a general diet plan because every person’s calorie value depends on its BMR & metabolism
Also depends on its activity level, so for that I would suggest you to either write in to me at my email id
