Chicken thigh 300g
Cut to bite size
・2tsp cooking sake
・Salt and black pepper(each lightly 4shake)
・0.5tsp Grated garlic
rub looks fun
Grater and 1/8 radish
Grate well
Tangled in thigh (soft with enzyme)
Marinate in sauce for 20 minutes
Ripe avocado
Crush lightly
1teaspoons Olive oil Heat over medium heat
stir fry for 2minutes
・1tsp soy sauce
・0.5tsp chicken stock powder
・Water 30ml
Cover and simmer over Medium-low heat for 8 minutes
Add avocado and simmer until the water is slightly reduced ※ about 2 minutes
