fresh Leek 50g
Finely cut to 2 mm
Enoki mushroom 100g also finely chopped
・ canned mackerel 200g
・ cheese 30g
Do not use soup

・ Grated ginger / Grated garlic 1tsp each
Mix as tightly as a naughty kid
Fried tofu 3sheets(wiped off the oil with kitchen paper)
Pack with a spoon
・ 1.5tsp Grain vinegar
・ 0.5tsp black pepper
Source complete!
・ 1tsp olive oil Heated on medium heat
Cover and bake for 4 minutes and 30 seconds
Turn over
Bake for 5 minutes and 30 seconds until it becomes crispy ※ Be careful with burnt
