10 Day Fitness Challenge (Day 2 – 6) – Get Back in Shape!


so today is day four of my ten day
fitness challenge day two was a little
bit challenging for me because you know
I had a lot of cravings on the second
day we actually had a birthday surprise
party for one of my friends and there
was a cake that looked really delicious
there was gel our ice you know a lot of
carbs that I said I wasn’t gonna eat but
I managed to overcome my cravings and
you know just powered through
on the third day which was yesterday I
actually started to eat a lot of snacks
but there were healthy snacks like
cashews and avocado and you know just
healthy fats it would actually help me
burn fat for energy and I also noticed
that the gym was getting really crowded
and that’s because a lot of people have
New Year’s resolution plans where they
have goals that are trying to accomplish
for 2018 so the gym is always packed you
know to start the year but it tends to
trickle down as you know it’s time goes
on because people sort of fall off or
they it get too busy and they don’t
follow through their plan so hopefully
you know going to the gym I get easier
as time goes by today being date for I
had a protein shake this morning I’m
feeling great I feel like I’ve lost some
weight already I’m starting to see some
more definition in my body and I know
it’s just four days but it’s like you
know I could see the results already so
yeah I’m feeling great guys for the
optimistic six more days to go so we’ll
see how this goes hey what’s up guys so
I’m at the gym and I’m trying this body
maps in
body mass index indicated to let me know
what my body fat percentage is usually
if you go to LA Fitness date these
everywhere so just action one for it and
they should be able give you one of
these so just to start to really start
it
and as you can see his that tells me
that my body fat percentage is 9% so
that means they still you know it made
some progress but still a lot of work
too so yeah so let’s get to it
so I just did three miles as you can see
I’m drinking a lot of water so I’m
sweating a lot I’m pushing out a lot of
toxins and I wanted to do three miles
today I wouldn’t really push myself and
also still do some trance strength
training so after this some low 5k runs
I just did I’m gonna go downstairs and
work on my chest my triceps and my
shoulders as I said guys it’s a ten day
workout challenge you have to push
yourself you have to do more than you’re
capable of doing because that’s the only
way you’re gonna build more muscles and
you’re gonna burn fats a lot quicker all
from doing this 10-day workout so stick
