  14. it may sound weird but I actually experimented with a black pepper strawberry jam it's ACTUALLY really good. It helps balance the sweetness of the berries, personally I think pink peppercorn would have been a better idea since it's sweeter. Also i want that level 3 Chef to marry me.

  16. After living in Ireland for several years, once I heard that British accent I knew it'd be full of gelatine and not sweet. Never found a good cheesecake here.

    I absolutely love your content on these videos but to give a better critique I think it would be better if different chefs or people themselves taste the food to give a more adequate analysis
