Here’s what my meal looks like on a typical day of Keto!
After fasting for 24-72 hrs, I give my body some time to readjust before eating an actual meal.
This is a homemade Chicken Bone Broth.
The crunch you hear is minced onions.

After I finish the broth, I wait 30 minutes before eating my meal!
Hearty Salad with Ranch Dressing.
There’s grape tomatoes, mushrooms, black olives, onions, corn, and feta cheese.
I only have one meal on the days that I decide to eat.
That’s why I make sure to have a very large and filling meal!

Due to my fasting routine, I only eat 4-5 days in a week!
Seriously saves on grocery bills! haha
Now, the main course.
Roasted Chicken Quarters
Keto Flat Bread
Sides: Seasoned Bamboo Shoots, Enoki Mushrooms, and Pickled Cabbage.
The Keto Flat Bread is made of Almond Flour.
Once I finish my meal, I usually make myself a Keto Mug Cake!
This entire 3 course meal is less than 10 grams of carbohydrates!
Bone-in meat is my absolute favorite! So much more flavor!
I normally only have 1 quarter, but for the sake of the video, I ate both!
