of Super Weekend. Today, Autumn was here
in Sacramento, and we did something
that she’s never done before. We did a Live Q&A. And then she did

What’s up, Sacramento? [CHEERS] Thank you guys all
for coming out today. There’s a lot of you guys here
so we took your questions. So Tracy says,
“How do I stay on track? I’m great at starting,
but then I fall off.” The biggest thing is having that
vision and having that plan. And these are the things
that you think through now. So that when you’re tired
and when you’re hungry, you’re like, “I already know
what I’m gonna do. I’m not gonna go straight home. I am gonna go
to the grocery store. I am gonna make this for dinner. I already meal prepped.” And you keep going. Ally’s biggest struggle
is nighttime eating. Who else struggles
with nighttime eating? Think about
what those healthy things are that you can do in place, instead of
going and eating food. So if I’m angry,
maybe you’re gonna go workout. If I’m sad,
I’m gonna call a friend. If this emotion,
then this healthy action. When the moment hits, you can turn to your plan instead of
going into the cupboard or going into the pantry. If you want my best weight loss
tip ever, stop buying the junk
and bringing it into your house. You got to do the work on the emotion
that you’re feeling. Whatever it is, go in, that’s where you’re gonna grow
as a person. That’s where you’re truly
gonna make progress. But if you don’t actually
learn to tackle those emotions, you will continue
to emotionally eat. So thank you, guys. Thank you
