chicken leg piece fry recipe|chicken tandoori|air fryer|हरियाली चिकन |hyderabad restaurant style


Ingredients: 4 to 5 Green Chilies,1/4 Cup Coriander Leaves,Hand full of Mint Leaves,1 lemon Juice
Salt as per taste, 2 table spoon Sooji, 1 Table spoon Garam Masala
1Table spoon Ginger Garlic Paste, 5 table spoon Olive Oil, 500 Grams Chicken
1 Table spoon Red Chili Powder, 1 Table Sppon Chicken Masala Powder
1 Table spoon Coriander Powder, 1/4 Cup Hung Curd/Yogurt
Add the Spinach in Boiling water and cook for 2 min and drain
In a mix Jar Add Green Chilies,Salt
Pudina Leaves
Blanched Spinach
Coriander Leaves
Lemon Juice
Grind Into a fine Paste by adding water if required
In a bowl add grinded paste
Hung Curd/Yogurt
Garam Masala Powder
Chicken Masala Powder
Ginger Garlic Paste
Coriander Powder
Sooji
Salt
Red Chili Powder
Oil
Mix well until all ingredients combine
Take 500 grams chicken and Give deep gashes using a knife
so that the chicken is coated well with the masala paste
Marinate the chicken with the masala paste evenly
Cover the chicken
Refrigerate the chicken for 20 min
I am using my Air Fryer to cook ..You can use a Pan or Skillet to cook Chicken
Pre-heat the Air Fryer as per Instructions and place the chicken
Cook the Chicken For 12 Min
When it is Half done apply some oil on the top of the chicken
Then continue the remaining timining to cook
Yumm Tasty and Delicious Tandoori Chicken is ready to Serve
