Arabic mutton mandi recipe Chicken stock ( Need Chicken neck 200 gram onion 2 and capsicum half add water 2 liter and cook for 2 hour After 2 hour chicken stock is Ready now we will add lamb fat oil by melting on stove Add lamb fat oil 1 cup for 1 kg rice Cumin seeds 1 table spoon for 1 kg rice Green Cardamom 2 to 3 Salt 1 table spoon or as per your taste Cover it untill boil After boiling Add 3 green chilli Rice soak in water for 2 hour then add on it After boiling of rice cover it and cook in low flame for 45 minutes Now we will add special paste on it Tomatoes 4 , 1 onion greeb chilli 2 ginger and garlic paste 1 table spoon and salt then blend it Cook for 25 to 30 minute in medium flame Add Cooking Oil 4 to 5 tablespoon Add half table spoon black pepper half table spoon cumin seeds Coriander seeds half table spoon and white pepper half table spoon Our paste is,ready Please follow the same Our mandi rice is Ready Mutton 1 kg lamb fat 200 gram 3 green chilli Add 3 to 4 cup water Salt 2.5 to 3 table spoon Cooking oil 1.5 cup Cover it and sealed for 2.5 hour in very low flame Cucumber Tomatoes Boiled eggs Chaat masala Onion Lemon
