hey guys it’s Belle so I just got back from Costco and I thought I would share with you guys some of the food that I got I know you guys really liked my last like healthy food haul so I thought I would share with you guys again this time my mom literally thinks I’m crazy because as soon as I got home I brought all the food into my room and I have it literally all laid on in front of me and she’s like what are you doing it I’m like I need to shoot a whole video alright I’m just kind of grabbing things randomly and the first thing I have here are these ready-made salad bowls I love these for when I’m busy and I go to school I don’t have time to pack lunch these are so easy I got here the chicken Caesar salad and the Santa Fe salad and it even comes with a little fork inside so really really easy and healthy lunch option these are all-natural super food super greens and it’s basically just frozen kale and spinach that’s already pre season with some lemon juice this is organic has lots of vitamin A it’s really easy to cook you just like microwave it or you can just put it on a frypan and just heat it over the stovetop then some pomegranate juice because they say pomegranate juice is good for females I don’t know I think it just tastes good next up is some tofu I got the firm kind because that’s the only one they had looking at this picture it’s like a tofu stir-fry thing and that looks pretty good so I kind of want to make that and then I got these acai smoothie pack I love this thing I get it every single time I go to Costco because I make a lot of acai bowls or a science movies these are just basically like individually wrapped a size smoothie packet and so you just take one of them mix it with some bananas and almond milk and I may it’s really good a Seibel it’s so easy to prepare at home you don’t need to spend like ten bucks to buy an acai bowl so let me know if you guys want to see an insoluble recipe and I’ll try and do that too and then this ginormous saying this is organic woodfired pizza this is Mediterranean with roasted vegetables doesn’t that sounds so good my mentality is this if you can’t have pizza at least have like a healthier version of it so this is perfect this huge box comes with three pizzas in it so I don’t know I think I’m gonna really enjoy this I have to have snacks with me all the time like I guarantee you if you look in my purse at any given time I’ll have some kind of snack in there because my blood sugar if it goes low I get so angry anyways this one is called stabilized it is a dark chocolate coconut cashew bar and I got this because it’s a low glycemic food meaning that it will make sure your blood sugar stays pretty stable it won’t like spike it up or anything has 11 grams of protein I think in 1 bar which is a lot the 11 grams of protein and 8 grams of fiber and it’s really low in sugar and only has 3 grams of sugar they actually has samples of these out and I tried it and it was actually pretty yummy so I got that one this one is the Santa Barbara bar I’ve gotten these before and they’re super duper yummy it has two different flavors coconut almond and cranberry white chocolate and these are gluten free I’m on spring break now but I start school again next week so I was like oh I need to get some bars moving right along I got some Kiwis I love Costco because this huge sting was like 5 bucks or something so affordable and their fruits are like very good quality I really like just eating these like scooping it out with a spoon or putting it in my green smoothies is also I eat avocado at least one a day I make guacamole I put it on toast and it’s just so so good for you and so yummy I got two of these I think two packs of these classical avocados are the best because they’re the yummiest and without big and like juicy they are I don’t know if it’s just me but I can’t leave Costco without getting some sort of snack that just doesn’t make sense and I was pretty proud of myself that I made it past like the unhealthy snack aisle especially the cheese’s like cheez-its and hot cheetos are my weakness this one actually looked really yummy and I’ve never seen it there before this is their crispy coconut rolls and it’s made with real coconut milk and it has some roasted black sesame seeds I actually open this all the way here and it’s so good like it looks like that it’s like flaky mmm don’t you owe me and then I got two kinds of dark chocolate I know you know when it’s that time of the month like I crave chocolate so I figured might as well just get some somewhat healthier chocolate like dark chocolate anyways these are dark chocolate covered almonds they had a sound Bowles’s I tried it it was really good and I have to get it this one is also really yummy as you can see I’ve already opened it and tried it these are the bark tins snacking chocolate and it’s dark chocolate with almond and sea salt so SuperDuper yummy we’ll show you how it looks I already tried one but they’re they’re less really spin so I feel like maybe it’s healthier cuz it’s been I don’t know if that even makes sense as you guys can probably tell it is that time of the month for me so I had to do it this is not that exciting but I have some organic bananas got some organic honey and then of course I got some organic eggs because I really like extra breakfast this is my favorite bread from Costco it’s their organic multigrain omega-3 bread it’s really good and I always make my avocado toast of this dread and then I got some cotton rounds Costco has the best deal I’m amazed at how quickly I get through DS I’ve never tried this have you just tried this isn’t good I got it cuz it was on sale like these two huge fats were like $4 I just really like snacking so I got it alrighty I think we’re finally down to the last item this is some whole fancy unsalted cashews sometimes when they sell these kind of nuts they like kind of over season it’s a super salty but this one’s unsalted it’s just kind of like creamy cashew taste so it’s really really yummy yeah I think that’s pretty much it uh I hope this video came out ok I was kind of in a rush because I feel like everything is melting so I’m gonna hurry up and put everything back let me know if you guys enjoy these kind of healthy food halls and I’ll try to do them more regularly and yeah   6. I've bought the same Bistro bowl salads, they are soo good! I normally use soft tofu but i want to try the firm kind for summer rolls. Hot Cheetos are my favorite unhealthy snack as well lol, Skinny pop is good i buy the original. I recommend freezing the bananas when spotty then add cocoa powder & milk for banana ice cream. Yes to the Acai bowl recipe!

  21. 언니 언니덕분에 저 진짜 많은것들이 바뀌었어요!!!살찌는거 걱정될때마다 칼로리 생각하고 하느라 먹고싶은걸 못먹는다는 생각에 스트레스도 많이 받고 힘들었거든요 항상.근데 언니가 예전 영상에서 건강한음식을 먹는다고?생각한다면서 이걸 먹으면 나에게 어떤 좋은 영향들이 있을지 생각하면 좋은 음식을 고르게 된다고 하신걸 보고 나도 그렇게 생각해보자 해서 따라해보기 시작했거든요.제가 원래 과일이나 야채를 먹기는 하지만 딱히 좋아하지 않아서 챙겨먹지 않았었는데 건강하고 나에게 좋은 음식이라고 생각하다보니 먹고나서도 그날 하루가 기분이 좋고 몸도 가벼워지는 느낌이 들더라고요!정말 다이어트때문에 먹기싫은데 억지로 먹는게 아니라 제가 좋아서 스스로 찾아먹게되고 챙겨먹게 됐어요언니 덕분이에요 언니가 그런말을 하지 않았다면 모르고있었을테고 힘들어만 하다가 포기했겠죠?너무너무 감사해요♥♥♥♥앞으로도 좋은 영상들 좋은 정보들 많이많이 기대할게요!!!
