Healthy Food Haul #3 // 건강식 하울 3편! (이너뷰티)


hey guys Analia it’s time for another healthy food haul I went to Whole Foods the other day and I picked up a few things so I thought I might share it with you guys because I know you guys always request these halls okay well Hangul code Oaks Avenue des eaux de tomate old cats are pushing on taking me back so I’m gonna start with some of the fresh produce that I got I picked up a bunch of plums because I love having just fresh fruit for breakfast this is like the perfect balance of like sweet and sour so I love these plums I also picked up three watermelons which I’m obviously not going to show you guys because I don’t want to carry like through watermelon I also got some fresh tomatoes just a few of them because I like putting these in my salads or in sandwiches and whatnot I also picked up some fresh parsley because I love putting these in my green smoothies I think it just gives it a really nice like fresh taste parsley they say is really good for detoxifying the blood and then I also picked up one green zucchini and some baby bell peppers I honestly don’t know why I bought these but these are just great veggies to have around because you can put them in any kind of recipe and they work okay now I remember why I bought those veggies is because I also bought some split peas and I wanted to make like a soup or something and I thought i prime needed more veggies so yeah I got some green split peas if you guys know a good like split pea soup recipe please let me know because I love split pea soup but I just don’t know how to make it I also picked up some organic garbanzo beans these are great for making your own hummus or like I said I really like to make my own bean salad and have lots of fiber so yeah very good diet health food next I also picked up some organic boneless skinless chicken breasts the peas are frozen so they’re really easy to use just kind of defrost it and put it in whatever like pastas or salads that I’m making oh and a lot of you guys asked me if I’m vegan I’m actually not vegan I don’t eat too much meat to begin with but I don’t like to kind of put a label on my diet I think a healthy diet is one that’s balanced so yeah just thought I’d answer that question for you guys because I get asked that a lot anyways yeah chicken breast and then these are brown rice tortillas they’re gluten free obviously because it’s made of brown rice but I picked these up because I thought it would be a great way to make myself like a light healthy lunch so I just heat up one of these over like a fry pan and then inside it I put tomatoes avocado sprouts all sorts of veggies if I want I could even put chicken I thought it’d just be a really nice way to eat a lot of veggie I also bought some stuff to make tossed at home I love pasta but when you eat out it’s just filled with butter and cheese and it’s a bit too heavy so I like to make my own kind of lighter version at home this is just some organic penne pasta and then I like to top it off with some organic marinara sauce this is just a very fresh tomato sauce with like oregano basil garlic you know it’s really good so yeah got that one I also picked up some organic steel-cut oats I loved eating oatmeal for breakfast and the steel-cut version tastes so much better than the instant one so if you guys are not a fan of like instant oatmeal try to steel cut version it’s a lot more filling and it has a little more of like a texture when you eat it so it doesn’t taste so bland I also picked up one of my favorite protein powders this is an organic plant-based protein powder and I get the vanilla flavor the taste is okay honestly protein powders aren’t my favorite but I like to put maybe a scoop of this in my green smoothies just to get some more protein and yeah I’d like that this one is made with all plant-based ingredients of course I have to pick up my favorite almond butter this the justin’s maple almond butter this thing is so good it’s so delicious but it’s also so expensive like this tiny thing is $14 i know i always wait for it to go on sale but the past like couple times I’ve been to Whole Foods it’s like never on sale and I needed to get it so I picked up two of these actually if you’re looking for a healthy snack I love eating just fresh apples topped with almond butter it’s so good and it’s so filling these are just some natural energy bars that I picked up because currently I’m starting for my boards and I find that while I’m studying I always crave snacks and if I don’t have these bars around I tend to try and eat like unhealthy junk food so I always keep one of these in my bag I actually never tried this brand before but this one is in the cherry and pistachio flavor and then this one is a sesame energy bar with pistachio and honey these are all-natural gluten-free lots of protein and fiber so yeah another great healthy snack option and then the last thing that I got was this amla powder so Amla berries also known as Indian gooseberry and they call it a superfood because it has a very high concentration of antioxidants and vitamin C all those things are really beautifying so I picked this up it’s just the berry in a powder form so I thought it would be great to put in my smoothies as well so yeah I’ll let you guys know if this is any good all right and those are all the products that I got at Whole Foods this time around hope you guys enjoyed this video I know that you guys are always requesting this but I don’t want to do it too often because when I go to the grocery store I end up buying     1. 아침, 점심은 병아리콩밥으로 반 공기 섭취
    2. 저녁은 병아리콩 해독 두유 한 잔
    3. 하루 1시간 유산소 운동과 근력 운동

    ▶병아리콩 현미밥 : (한 끼용)쌀과 현미 2대1, 병아리콩 50g

    ▶병아리콩 해독 두유 : 병아리콩 100g(소주잔 2잔), 저지방 우유 200ml, 물 100ml
    1. 병아리콩 100g을 찜기에 넣고 1시간 찐다. 팁) 물에 불리지 말고 그냥 찐다.
    2. 믹서에 저지방 우유 200ml, 물 100ml, 찐 병아리콩 100g을 넣고 갈아준다.
