Oats give you enough sugar and carbs and it give you extra protein as well take my nonstick pan and you can nicely close it in case if you want to get the eggs nicely done from the bottom and from the top you might want to have it with york or whites..

I recommend you have only 5g of salt. because that is a recommended measurement. Salt contains sodium. Sodium helps you to contain
so much of water in your body. So basically we don’t want to bloat up So we need water the right amount and you know the right quantity. we have to whisk it a little we have already added salt and we need little bit of pepper and there is a small secret
