  20. Did the deit and started at 242 (I wanna go to the airforce so I need to get down to 192) after the diet i weighted 229ish. I lost around 12 pounds. My eating before the diet was bad, like BAAAD. 5-6 dr.peppers a day and a full bag of hot Chips and more, id eat all day. But after the diet my body just didn't want to eat as much. I simply couldn't. And now I'm steadly losing weight to hit my goal. Its been about 2 weeks and I'm at 226ish 16 less then I started with. I think I will do the diet again (probably wont lose as much this time) just to see if it'll work and bc I realized is wasnt that hard

  28. Excellent idea….slow your metabolism by starving your body and then go back to a normal(and since you need to lose weight) diet. You could alternately change your lifestyle by reducing your calorie intake slightly but add exercise to your lifestyle….it really isn’t hard….otherwise you will always yoyo diet!

    Did it some time ago and lost 5 lbs just from loosely following the general idea. I think its not just less calories, the foods actually work together to BURN those calories .

  31. I'm at day 3 and I already lost 5.5 pounds. Just don't make it too crazy, if u don't like the tuna just replace it with 1 egg. Also go for a 20min walk
