We’ve all been there.
We’re out at a party, having a great time… Sometimes you have people who are encouraging
you to eat things that are not low-carb. Fries. Gin and tonic. Junk-food. Most of the time there are canapé parties and when you say canapé, you say bread. It may be really difficult the first time
to say no to them. If I decide it when I’m there, it can be tempting to just take
that stuff that is really unhealthy. I would have a tiny little piece. Moving the food around
on your plate a little bit. I beg fullness. In this video you’re going to hear
our team members discussing what they do to help them
stay low-carb while at social events.

  1. If it's a family event, I take a bacon loaded chunky egg salad, & if not I eat mostly cheese & the cold meats. Lol. Thank you for sharing this important information, & take care of yourself too. ❤️🙂🐶

  2. If you are invited for a dinner (except a buffet) with friends you have to eat and behave as everybody else does in that group – or stay at home. Diet shouldn’t become kind of religion: exemptions are always possible. And don’t start talking about your great diet….
